СЕТЕВОЕ ПРОТИВОБОРСТВО КАК НОВАЯ ПАРАДИГМА ВОЕННОГО ИСКУССТВА XXI ВЕКА

Приводятся факты, свидетельствующие о структурных изменениях среды безопасности XXI века, связанные с глубокими и всесторонними изменениями современного общества. Подобные изменения не могли не спровоцировать изменения и в военном деле. Ключевым аспектом подобных изменений является ориентация на повсеместное внедрение сетевых структур организации и управления механизмом обеспечения военной безопасности государства - сетевое противоборство (net-centric warfare) становится основой организации вооруженной борьбы в XXI веке. Рассмотрению особенностей этого нового явления в военном деле и посвящена настоящая работа.Библиографические ссылки
