Abstract

Programs on improvement of workmen labor conditions and protection in Udmurt Republic, Tatarstan and Bashkortostan over 2002-2012 are analyzed. Indicators of their formation are established. Activities are described in details, necessary to ensure the stable, long-term, sustainable, socially and economically safe development of the region within the target planned activity.
