Modern Problems of Pension Reform in Russian Federation

Abstract


This article describes the main challenges of pension reform in the Russian Federation. Innovations in pension legislation that entered into force in 2013 are analyzed. Implications of these reforms for small businesses and the whole population are presented, the main changes for the year 2015 are also considered.
