Abstract


In a basis of all housing indicators systems offered by different experts the appropriateness of dwelling and its accessibility are two basic groups describing a housing sphere. The guarantee of right of man for appropriate and accessible dwelling even in 21st century is still one of the main social and economic problems of the world community.
