Problem of Studying Convergence of International Educational Systems

Abstract


Due to globalization of scientific-educational environment the necessity arises to search for resources of innovative development of higher professional education. This fact determines the urgency of developing new approaches to analyze problems of interactions between international educational systems. Analyzing this problem the author uses general convergence theory resulting in principal statements of convergence of international educational systems.
