Strategic Planning in the Oil Company (by the Example of OJSC “Tatneft”)

Abstract


This article considers the strategic planning by the example of the oil company OJSC «Tatneft», which is one of the largest domestic oil companies, operating as a vertically integrated group. For the formation of the strategy of the oil company OJSC «Tatneft» the following conditions are identified as objectives: ensuring the sustainable growth of the production capacity and implementing the comprehensive rationalization of the company management. The priority areas are also identified: investment policy, risk management, financial management, investment and staff management.
