Energy Absorption Capability of Rectangular Three-Layer Plate Under Blast Loading

Abstract


Deformation of rectangular three-layer plate under blast loading is considered. Solution of this problem is performed by finite element method. Results are represented for displacements, velocities, acceleration and energy absorption of plate for different shapes of bottom layer of plate.
