Abstract

The paper considers the mechanical and electrical diagnostic parameters of the electric drive. The relationship is investigated between mechanical, electrical diagnostic parameters and the technical condition of the electric drive as an example of the stand, which consists of an induction motor, coupling and worm gear. We study the change in the vibration spectrum and the Wavelet analysis coefficients of the electric current drive stator at idle and under load, in the absence and presence of defects: misalignment and imbalance gear motor.
