Abstract

The method of designing the vacuum device is offered. These vacuum devices are used to fasten thin flat work-pieces with a thickness up to 1.5 mm in grinding that considerably expands technological possibilities of devices within the given group. The authors obtained analytical dependencies that define the value and character of the work-piece strain depending on the fastening scheme and the work-piece rigidity.
