Abstract

Attention is focused on a problem of supporting the consistent decision-making at the enterprise arising from difficult situations related to planning and production. It is shown that the enterprise situational center may serve as an effective instrument of a collective decision-making mechanism. The conceptual model of the situational center that allows carrying out the process of coordination of administrative decisions is offered. The possible decision making algorithm is presented.
