Abstract

The article deals with the criteria and algorithms for synthesis of the frequency spectrum for conservative and dissipative systems, providing a synthesis of systems with many degrees of freedom, as well as the criteria to take into account the random variation of parameters subject to their normal distribution and the known correlation.
