Abstract

In recent times energy consumption and energy savings challenges have come on line both at the national and corporate levels and been under debate among researchers and experts. In the European Union the energy problems are solved for over several decades as distinct from Russian Federation, which started to decrease resources consumption and reduce gas emission only several years ago. This paper represents methodology for corporate energy efficiency improvement and system of energy consumption monitoring with regard to legislative framework of Russian Federation and European Union.
