Abstract

In many aspects prospects of development of Russian economy depend on the solution of the problem of creating conditions for sustained economic growth which, first of all, assumes high-quality changes. Only in this case it is possible to hope that Russia will keep the territorial integrity. A mathematical model of the scientific-production cooperation, which adequately describes the dynamics of the variables characterizing the activity, is given. The model can be the basis for the formulation and solution of problems of the theory of optimal control of the interaction of science and industry.
