Enterprise managers are confronted daily with the problems and have to make decisions under uncertainty. This paper describes a simulation-based method for automating the decision-making in the management of a manufacturing enterprise. The principle of building a simulation model of the company and its structure, methods of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the enterprise are considered.References
