Abstract

Methods of neural network recognition with application of Kohonen network, spectral analysis (method for determining the covariance and Pearson coefficient) and invariant recognition (invariants for rotation, transition and scaling are used) are investigated for recognition of pollen grain images obtained from a scanning electronic microscope. The comparative analysis of these methods is carried out.
