Abstract

The article identifies the formation of the fund rental housing. At first the feasibility of this fund development is determined. Necessary terms of the formation and application are identified, operation standards and fund characteristics are determined. Formula is obtained to calculate the housing amount necessary for development of this field, and positive prospects of the residential property market development are specified.
