Abstract

Dynamics of indicators of the delayed debts in Russia is analyzed. Some features of work and development of collector activity in Russia, possibility of enactment of a bill regulating given sphere are considered. A concretization of separate rights and duties of collectors, debtors and creditors is emphasized.
