Abstract

The basic powers of the municipality in accordance with the Federal law are revealed. The dynamics of the execution of the budget of the municipality «Votkinsk district» of the Udmurt Republic for the considered period is shown. On the basis of the analysis the main activities to improve the management efficiency of the municipality are stated in relation to the sphere of small and medium enterprises, sources of activities resource support are determined.
