Abstract

The article is devoted to research of language system organization and disorganization processes. Development of language is made conditional on change of statuses, activated by action of regular (well-formed) and stochastic processes in a language. Determinism and indeterminism in development and functioning of a language relate with contradictoriness of human thinking and correlation between multitude of individual conceptions about language and universal conception of collective thinking.
