Abstract

The ability of engineering Master’s degree graduates to extract the essence and understand the actual scientific information is considered as one of crucial competencies. The competency can be acquired in the course of learning several engineering subjects. One of the effective means of acquiring the competency by Master’ degree students is a technique based on answering the research problem questions in the course of studying foreign language research papers.
