An Expected Time Delay Determination of Transmission Topology Control Messages Among HF-Network Neighbor Stations

Abstract

The expected time delay on HELLO-message transmission among HF neighbor stations is considered. The research results may be used in regional area networks without a remote retransmitter to determine the routing method.
