On Necessity of Reforming the Problems of Debt Management System in Budgetary Policy of the Russian Federation’s Subject

Abstract

Now the Federal legislation regulates the system of the Russian Federation’s subject public debt management only in general, leaving indifferently existing shortcomings of a region debt management system. In this regard the author offers actions for reforming debt policy problems within a system of regional finance management.
