Development of Financial Mechanisms for Problem Solution in the Housing Sector

Abstract

Funding sources of housing services have been systematized by the example of standard apartment building, with allowance for probability of funds receipt. Calculation of credit cost for capital repair of typical apartment building reveals insufficiency of approved federal norm for capital repair. An attempt is made to develop a system for financial funding of capital repair of apartment building using various funding sources.
