This article considers the strategic planning by the example of the oil company OJSC «Tatneft», which is one of the largest domestic oil companies, operating as a vertically integrated group. For the formation of the strategy of the oil company OJSC «Tatneft» the following conditions are identified as objectives: ensuring the sustainable growth of the production capacity and implementing the comprehensive rationalization of the company management. The priority areas are also identified: investment policy, risk management, financial management, investment and staff management.References
