Solving the Problem of Interests Agreement in the Theory of Party in Interest

Abstract

So far in the theory of party in interest there is no concept definition of how to correlate competing interests of different sides. This article deals with the most available, from the author’s point of view, way of solving this problem, i.e. the use of standard dynamics indicators method.
