Abstract

The article describes the mathematical modeling and numerical experiment of the spatial structure of buildings as an objective criterion of reconstruction projects of foundations and structures built on complex terrains. The easiest and most obvious way to increase the bottom part of the existing foundation is not always the most effective one. Only modeling the spatial system of the building, taking into account various kinds of loads and soil characteristics allows predicting the real character of precipitates and makes it possible to forecast the necessity and way of strengthening.
