Abstract

The article is devoted to the experiment which allows to evaluate strength of the locking unit of the over-and-under hunting shotgun MP-234 by definition of real operating forces. Also, some current methods of such theoretical evaluation are described and limitations of these schemes are found by means of comparison with the experimental results.
