Abstract

The article discusses the formation of the negotiating competence of managers (heads) of bodies of Internal Affairs (police), resulting in various types of professional activities. This article examines the problem of preparation and conduct of anti-crisis negotiations of employees of Internal Affairs bodies in different situations of management activity the chief of police. Application of various psychological technologies of negotiating for the formation of management competence of Internal Affairs bodies is analyzed.
