Evolution of Forming the Organizational Structures of Management

The paper presents the stages of evolution of the formation of organizational structures of enterprise management. The paper describes the approaches to the formation of organizational structures of management (notarial-functional, functional-technological and system-target); their advantages and drawbacks are highlighted. The main characteristics of the linear, functional and linear-functional management structures are also presented, and their main features are analyzed and identified. Three types of management processes specialization are specified: centralized, coordination and matrix. An attempt to develop a classification of areas of management processes specialization is implemented.References
