The problems of training a new generation of factory workers for the Russian economics, the main recognized feature of which is the phenomenon of an abrupt increase in the rate of productivity growth and the quality of the finished product as a result of introducing the advanced information technologies. Tendencies of a permanent increase in the share of science-intensive products in the total production and the increasing scientific and technical equipment for people predetermine new requirements to the qualification of the modern factory worker.References
