Study of the Quality of Services in the Housing and Communal Services (by the Example of “Kama” Management Company)

This paper describes a study on the quality of the content and operation of housing services provided in the residential complex in Izhevsk in 2016. The aim of the paper is to identify the main areas for improving the quality of housing services. The paper addressed issues such as the quality of housing and communal services, the high cost of providing it, and higher prices. The research process included: choice of methods, questionnaire design, sample calculation, survey conduction and analysis of the collected information. On the basis of the study it can be concluded that a high level of quality of housing and communal services is one of the main objectives of the management company, and it should be aimed at minimizing the cost of their provision.References
