Management of Sustainable Development of Enterprises in the Sphere of Housing and Communal Services

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the analysis of theoretical data on the management of sustainable development of the enterprise, management features of sustainable development of the enterprise in the sphere of housing and communal services. After analyzing the theoretical basis, the indicators of internal stability included financial, production, specific (for the housing and communal services industry), organizational, investment and human stability. Marketing, environmental sustainability, social importance are referred to the indicators of external sustainability. On the basis of these indicators and the theoretical basis, the method of integrated assessment of the level of sustainable development of the enterprise in the sphere of housing and communal services was developed. According to the results of the expert survey, the weight coefficients of the stability indicators were obtained. The formula of the generalized (integral) index of internal and external stability of the organization is given. The generalized indicator allows to characterize the current situation in the enterprise, to develop measures to improve the efficiency of activities. The proposed method of assessing the sustainable development of the enterprise with the help of an integral indicator reflects the level of performance in different periods of economic enterprises of the sphere of housing and communal services. This technique can be used in the analysis of market operations of organizations of the housing and communal services industry and to facilitate the choice of areas for restructuring organizations, as well as to be a tool for creating a rating of organizations.
