To Calculation of an Economic Efficiency Indicator of Non-Financial Asset Use to the Country National Wealth

Abstract

The concept “the cost of the country GDP” and the concept “capitalization of income” are considered in this paper. It is necessary for calculation of the human capital which is used at calculation of various economic indicators of economic efficiency. The choice of a method of capitalization of income necessary for calculation of economic efficiency of the material and human capital is proved. At justification of this method formation of accounts of income and expenses of GDP in the system of national accounts (SNA-2008) is analyzed. The conclusion is drawn that payment of private indicators of economic efficiency under statistical information can't be executed. Therefore in further calculations it is offered: 1) to measure economic results of the country in size GDP in market prices, 2) but at the same time it is necessary to consider at the expense of what factors there was a change of GDP of the country: due to change of the material or human capital. Then calculation of the total indicator of economic efficiency of the material and human capital use in Russia for 2014-2016 is also executed. Also a conclusion is made that in 2016 despite GDP growth the intensity of return of income from the material and human capital has decreased.
