Methodical Aspects of Goal-Directed Forming the Corporate Values and Corporate Culture
Abstract
The article deals with methodological aspects of forming the corporate values, their influence on corporate culture is shown. It is noted that a significant drawback of Russian management is the lack of effective corporate culture. Approaches used in the formation of corporate culture and its change are analyzed.
