Abstract

Management of competences of the personnel of the machine-building enterprise at the present stage is a complex and diverse process. The purpose of this process is to predict and develop the competence of the staff in accordance with the requirements for the production of competitive products. During the research the model has been developed for calculating the risks of decision-making in relation to the necessary competencies of the staff taking into account the external competitive challenges and modern technological structures. The analysis of the known modern tools of quality management showed that it is extremely important to ensure synergy of interaction of the company's personnel. During the research the model has been developed for management of synergic efficiency of processes and production as a whole, and the algorithm for its optimization has been shown. On the basis of the analysis the typical system problems arising in the improvement of the business product are considered and the tools for solving these problems are recommended. In the same way, the tools for the development of synergic culture in the organization are recommended. For implementation of the developed technique the plan of its realization has been developed at Izhevsk plant of thermal engineering. Therefore, combination of practically and socially focused tools allows the companies to manage effectively the competences of the personnel and achieve the considerable synergic efficiency in terms of stiff competition.
