Abstract

The paper considers the numerical solution of unsteady heat transfer of high-temperature rectangular metallic body in the cooling medium. A mathematical model of unsteady heat transfer with boundary conditions of the III kind is presented. Results of numerical calculations of temperature depending on geometry, thermal properties of the body material and the cooling time are obtained. Comparison of numerical results with those obtained by ANSYS is carried out.
