Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • This article has not been previously published, nor is it submitted for review and publication in another journal.
  • Prepared: 1) article in editable format; 2) its scan in .pdf, certified by the signatures of the authors; 3) the questionnaire of the author (s) with ALL fields filled in; 4) a letter addressed to the chief editor; 5) expert opinion; 6) graphic materials in the required format.

Author Guidelines

The rules for submitting a manuscript are detailed on the information page of the founder's organization.
Key requirements:
1. Articles are accepted for publication, the originality of which is at least 70% (the editors check the articles in the Antiplagiarism license system).
The author receives information about whether his article will be published, if the publication is refused, about the reasons for the refusal.
2. An article for publication can be submitted both in paper and in electronic form.
The printed version of the article is provided in one copy, printed on one side of a sheet of A4 white paper (typeface - Times New Roman; size - 14 points; paragraph indentation - 1.25 mm; line spacing - 1.5; margins above, below, left, right - 2 cm).
The electronic version of the article is executed according to the same technical requirements as the paper version.
The minimum volume of the article is 10 pages of original text. The total length of the article for authors with a scientific degree should not exceed 16 pages, and for authors without a scientific degree - 12 pages.
3. The article should be structured: introduction (state the purpose of the study, describe the approaches, materials and methods used), be sure to give the title of the main part, analysis of the results, conclusions (indicate relevance).
All abbreviations and abbreviations must be spelled out.
On the 1st page there should be a note by the author (authors): "This article is original and has not been published anywhere before." If the article is provided in electronic form, then a scan of the 1st page with the specified mark and signature of the author (authors) must be provided separately.
If the article is provided in a paper version, then an electronic version of the article typed in a Word text editor is attached to it. The text of the electronic version must be completely identical to the text of the printed version of the article.
4. The first page indicates:
– UDC index (at least 5 digits);
- SRSTI code (at least 6 digits).
The UDC index and the SRSTI code should be taken from the scientific library. Correctly defined UDC and GRNTI increase the citation of articles.
Further in Russian and English:
- article title,
– initials and surname of the author (authors),
– academic degree and academic title, position and full name of the institution (organization),
– abstract (150–250 words),
– keywords (no more than 5).
5. Mandatory presence of bibliographic references:
a) in Russian, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 7.0.5-2008;
b) in Latin, drawn up in accordance with the Recommendations for the preparation of References.
References to textbooks, abstracts of conferences, abstracts of dissertations are not allowed.
Links to patents, laws, GOSTs and other regulations, dictionaries, sites without a name are made in the text.
Links to sites should contain complete information - only an email address is not enough.
Recommended:
- bibliographic references should contain at least 10 sources, including sources from VAK journals published over the past 3–5 years, monographs;
– references to foreign sources published in the last 3–5 years;
– the volume of self-citation should not exceed 20%;
– if the link is to an article with DOI – specify it.
6. All illustrations (photographs, drawings, diagrams, graphs, schemes) must be of a certain size: width no more than 8 or 16.8 cm.
The design of illustrations must comply with the following requirements:
a) vector images must be made in Visio, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD;
b) raster images (Adobe Fotoshop drawings, photographs, scanned illustrations) must be in TIF format with a resolution of 300 dpi;
c) illustrations made in the Word text editor should be grouped.
7. Tables should be typed in 10 point font.
8. Figures and tables are numbered. If the article has only one figure or one table, then they should not be numbered. The text must contain references to figures and tables. Figures should have captions and tables should have headings. The titles of tables and figures should be duplicated in English.
9. Formulas are typed exclusively in the MathType formula editor.
Commas are placed in decimal fractions.
Formulas that are referenced in the text should be numbered. The serial number is placed to the right of the formula.
Materials that do not meet the above requirements are not accepted for consideration and review.
10. The article is accompanied by information about each author, drawn up in the form of a questionnaire with the obligatory completion of all items. The questionnaire must be signed by the author and provided in Word and PDF formats (with a signature).
11. The author (authors) must submit a letter to the publishing house, which gives the consent of the authors to publish the article and post it on the Internet. The letter must be signed by the authors. The letter can be provided in paper form with all signatures, or in electronic form with signatures - in PDF format.
When submitting an article through the site, the following are loaded: the edited version of the article, its scanned and signed version, letters, Questionnaires of authors, expert opinion.

The article is considered accepted after the editors receive the entire set of the above documents and the original article signed by the author (authors).
