PARTICIPATION OF SOCIALLY ORIENTED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE UDMURT REPUBLIC

Abstract

The participation of socially oriented non-profit organizations of the Udmurt Republic in regional, federal and national projects in Russia is considered. The relevance of the topic raised is due to the fact that the non-profit sector in our time plays a significant role in a market economy. Thanks to their activities and assistance, positive trends are observed in improving indicators in the field of demography, education, ecology, healthcare, culture, science, sports and other significant areas, which increases the efficiency of the socio-economic development of the region and ensures higher economic growth rates. Each SO NPO of Udmurtia, solving a certain problem, ensures the construction of a favorable image of the republic, thereby strengthening the positive attitude towards it on the part of investors, the state, and the population. The characteristics and dynamics of the main directions of SO NCOs of Udmurtia are given, examples are given. In conditions of social and economic tension, including the coronavirus pandemic, public organizations are the first to come to the rescue, therefore, state support measures for the non-profit sector of the region are increasing. In addition to the analysis of this work, a proposal is submitted for consideration, an experiment on the consolidation of SO NPOs into separate parties (factions, groups) that can compete with state and municipal structures, thereby increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the system for providing social services.
