Abstract

Dear readers of the journal! Obviously, you became aware that at the end of last year a real “New Year’s magic” happened for our journal - our journal was included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications of the Higher Attestation Commission! In fact, no magic happened, since this is the result of the painstaking, patient and persistent work of the entire editorial board: your humble servant, my deputies Ekaterina Anatolyevna Zhdanova, Irina Mikhailovna Nekipelova, Nadezhda Gennadievna Sokolova. The editor of the journal, Natalya Kimovna Shvindt, deserves special words of gratitude, who works tirelessly on all issues and takes a strong position on the requirements for the design of articles.
