THE PROBLEMATIC OF TASKS OF ENSURING TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY IN THE CONTEXT OF SANCTIONS POLICY ON THE EXAMPLE OF ENTERPRISES OF THE UDMURT REPUBLIC

Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of the current state of the international political and economic systems, associated with the constant strengthening of the sanctions policy, on the state of the economic system of the Russian Federation as a whole and the regional development of the Udmurt Republic. Current trends and existing tendencies in the world political and economic systems give rise to quite serious problems that hinder the effective development of the economy of the Russian Federation. Legislation and regulatory documents of the Russian Federation define the strategic goals and priorities of the state development that meet modern requirements and prospects for the development of Russia related to ensuring technological sovereignty based on the use of advanced scientific achievements. Strategies for scientific and technological development of regions should be formed within the framework defined by the strategy for technological development of the state, which requires each region to synchronize key areas of development with the set priorities and form mechanisms that ensure their implementation at the appropriate level and ensure socio-economic development. A significant role is played by the specifics of regional development of the Udmurt Republic, which, on the one hand, is an industrial region in which a significant number of large enterprises are part of vertically integrated corporate structures of federal subordination, on the other hand, which is focused on the active development and comprehensive support of the agro-industrial complex, has a historically widely represented oil production industry and a national composition represented by more than a hundred nationalities. In this regard, at the present time there is an urgent need to form effectively operating structures in the region that are capable of ensuring the formation and support of the activities of appropriate mechanisms for the development and implementation of the Program for Scientific and Technological Development of the Region in close cooperation with the Head and Government of the Udmurt Republic.
